I have finally left a rave review for the fantastic bridal shop I Do Bridal and Consignment in Chicago where I purchased my dress. Being the first big "wedding" event I did, it could not have been better. Kelly was fantastic, because of her I expect that type of service from everyone forward.
So, the dress went home with mom and I have not laid eyes on it until yesterday at my first dress fitting. Kathi at Kathi's Stitchery was fantastic from the start. She told me my dress was just stunning. When I asked her if she says that to all the girls she was suspiciously silent. Humm... The dress was just swimming on me compared to when I bought it 5 months ago. Go Weight Watchers! She assured me she could work with it and I would look great. Despite the fact she insisted I purchase Spanxs that go all they way to my knee. They don't make them all the way to the knee, I checked. I hope mid-thigh will work.
Also, what I have been referring to as "the girls or tata's" all these years is more accurately referred to as "breast tissue". As in "reach in and grab your breast tissue and pull toward your chin". Who new?
Kathi has a TV set to the golf channel for the gentlemen.

I dream of wearing multi strand silver pearl necklace. In my heart I know it will be a bit much.

I am unreasonable drawn to rosettes.
Okay I am totally in love with "Butter". Butter shoes that is. Handcrafted in Italy and soft as butter. Love the Scrabble with the interesting toe bobble. Chose the Claudia with soft sheen of marriage all over them.
